Services

In-person and Online Psychotherapy
sessions for adults (English & Afrikaans)

Psychotherapy (talk therapy) includes a variety of treatment techniques that aim to help you identify and change challenging emotions, thoughts, and behaviours through having conversations with a psychologist. Psychotherapy can help with several different issues, ranging from stress and relationship issues to mental health conditions.  Psychotherapy sessions can last a few weeks depending on the presenting problem.

I work with clients with a wide range of common and more complex forms of psychological distress, including depression, anxiety, work related stress and burnout, trauma and relationship difficulties.   I can also assist with personal development through focus on resiliency building and the development of character strengths to live a purpose-driven and meaningful life.

In-person and Online workshop
for organisational wellbeing support

Every employer depends on having healthy and productive employees. An organisation is more likely to succeed if its employees feel valued and supported. Therefore, it is important to prioritise staff’s mental health to attract and retain committed employees.

I have extensive experience providing individual and team-based organisational mental health well-being support to professional services firms by delivering bespoke interventions focused on enhancing mental well-being in individuals and teams.  These can include but are not limited to training and psycho-educational workshops on a range of topics such as resiliency, burn-out prevention, psychological first aid and other soft skills.
